I’ve recently completed my coaching training and am now working toward achieving my ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation.
The training I’ve received in coaching has sparked a profound shift in my perspective, equipping me with the skills and processes to help others uncover their own insights.
Many people - myself included! -undervalue the expertise they hold about their own lives. What excites me most about coaching is the opportunity to illuminate people’s own understanding of their life, empowering them to navigate their unique path forward.
In addition to my coaching certification, I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Education (Secondary). With over 25 years of experience in education—spanning teaching and leadership roles in secondary schools and programs for at-risk adolescents—I bring a wealth of insight and experiences to my coaching practice. Throughout my career, I've also facilitated spiritual and mental health spaces, both in volunteer and paid leadership roles. Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 25 years and a parent of three amazing humans. This diverse background allows me to approach coaching with a broad, humble and empathetic perspective.
